Stride is Miles Grindey’s sixth single, released on April 23rd 2021.

The track was written in the fall of 2018. Progress was made on the track during Miles’ time in Atlanta, GA, though further work stalled until the beginning of 2021 where Miles finalised the guitars and keyboards.
